It was lots of fun, they are really the first visitors we have had since March and Coronavirus. It was SO good to see them and just to see people lol.
We had lots of fun filled adventures days from sun up to sun down. Went to the dunes, the dinosaur tracks, the sand dunes arch,. Peekaboo canyon, and the pool in Kanab. We had lots of fun! It randomly snowed for half a second while we were the dunes and had a cold front , one night it got down in the 30s. Also our basement partially flooded while everyone was here and we had to get some plumbing work done. It was crazy to not be able to use our water for two days while everyone was here. We had to walk out to the shop Everytime we had to go the bathroom ( lots of times for a pregnant lady. ) But it was nice everyone was here too, cuz everyone helped out with cleaning up and stuff.
Pats dad and brother were super sweet and finally helped us get rid of all our branch piles. It looks amazing! I wanted it all wood chipper by the playground but the chipper didn't really work so that was a bummer.
Corbin is 3! He got a dinosaur birthday cake and he just smiled and giggled while everyone sang to him it was adorable. And he blew out all 3 candles all by himself. Corbin is such a sweet cute boy. He is so snuggly. He loves all of his toy cars and trucks and airplanes and got car rugs for his birthday he loves playing on. He loves reading books, Mac and cheese, the sandbox, playing outside, playing in the water, and popsicles. We got him a ice cream one day and I have never seen anyone down ice cream so fast. I think he might love ice cream more then cake now 😂 He randomly still tells us he loves us throughout the day and offers to share bites of popsicles etc. He's learned to defiantly say no to things and can throw pretty good tantrums when he isn't getting his way, but it's mostly when he is just over tired. He always points out spiders and flies and stuff for daddy to get. He also loves movies now too. He has the best laugh it is just so fun I love it. He always wants to go with Daddy and always wants to be a helper. He also always wants to drag a chair to the counter and help cook everything now too. We love our sweet Corbin.
