We had such a fun time getting away together. It was So beautiful with all the snow covered pine trees everywhere
Pat is a champ to drive up the mountain in the snow ( which totally made me anxious and nervous the whole drive) Sienna is an angel baby. The kids had fun and also woke us up several times a night arguing about sharing a bed. We all missed several hours of sleep. Corbin accidentally rode the elevator by himself. ( Corbin got on the elevator before Pat could load teh thing with all the bags on. The door shut. Then a minute later we hear up above us Hey guys?!, He came out on the floor above us thank goodness it was an open stairway so we could hear hin. We swam and played in the snow. We played Uno with Brylianna for the first time. And made tons of fun family memories.
Going anywhere with kids is tons of work and lost sleep. But also tons of fun and so sweet! Pat was sweet and would take the older kids to the lobby in the morning to try and let me sleep in and they would do puzzles together and read books by the fireplace it was adorable. Sienna actually slept pretty good. The snow was pretty high one day, but it was pretty cold and deep Pat took Bryli and Corbin out to play in it, but it was too cold and windy for Sienna so I snuggled her and watched from the windows and it was so cute to see Bryli and Corbin jumping along behind Pat in his footprints in the snow, and when they saw me they threw snowballs at the window and just giggled.
